Sabrina Castillo is a business coach, entrepreneur, and visionary founder of the Latina Growth Network, the premier community for ambitious Latinas scaling in business, leadership, and life. With over 20 years of experience in PR, marketing, and executive leadership, and as the co-founder of multiple businesses, Sabrina is known for helping women go from scattered and second-guessing to Confident CEOs with clarity, confidence, and cash flow.

Her entrepreneurial journey began at just 23, when she launched her first PR firm and worked with top Latino music artists. But like so many women, she walked away from her dream when doubt overshadowed her vision. Since then, she has built a photography business, co-founded restaurants with her husband, and served in senior corporate and government leadership roles, where she led citywide initiatives that impacted millions.

Together with her husband, Sabrina co-founded Carlitos Barbecue Taqueria and Carlitos Tequileria, two thriving Latino-owned restaurant brands recognized for their street-style flavor, vibrant culture, and expansion into major malls and airports. These businesses reflect her deep commitment to building legacy, honoring culture, and scaling enterprises that blend vision with impact.

In 2017, she launched The Dream Lab, the first sold-out personal development conference for Latinas in New York City, creating a space for over 1,000 women to grow in purpose, confidence, and leadership. Along the way, she learned firsthand the cost of second-guessing, overgiving, and spinning in false confidence, once again, lessons that fueled her mission today.

Why this matters

I’ve been a big dreamer my whole life. I thought I was going to b.e a supermodel. At 23, I moved to NYC without knowing a single person, and I launched my first PR firm and quickly found myself working with top Latino music artists. From the outside, it looked like success, but on the inside, doubt crept in. I convinced myself I wasn’t qualified enough, and I walked away from the business I had built from scratch.

That decision stayed with me. I went on to build other businesses, lead teams at the director level in corporate and government, and even launched the first sold-out personal development conference for Latinas in New York City. But no matter how much I achieved, I still found myself second-guessing, spinning in false confidence, and waiting for validation.

Eventually, I realized the truth: success isn’t about having the perfect plan, it’s about becoming the woman who believes she can lead it. Once I stopped shrinking, owned my CEO identity, and honored my ambition, everything shifted.

Now, I help ambitious women do the same. Through Confident CEO and the Latina Growth Network, I guide women from scattered and stuck to clear, confident leaders who scale their businesses with purpose, profit, and momentum.
